Terms and conditions of chauffeur-driven limousine rental

§1. General provisions

1. These Terms set out the rules for the provision of chauffeur-driven limousine rental services by the company Bestlimo, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".
2. The service consists in placing a vehicle together with a chauffeur at the Client's disposal for an agreed time and route.
3. Making a booking constitutes confirmation that the Client has read these Terms and accepts them.

§2. Booking the service

1. A booking may be made:
   • in person at the company office,
   • electronically via the booking form,
   • by e-mail or by telephone.
2. The contract is concluded on condition that:
   • a booking has been made,
   • the booking fee has been paid,
   • the Service Provider has confirmed acceptance of the order.
3. Once the booking is confirmed and the booking fee paid, a contract for the rental of a limousine with a chauffeur is concluded.

§3. Time and place of service delivery

1. The starting and ending points of the service are agreed at the time of booking.
2. If the indicated location does not allow the vehicle to stop safely and in accordance with traffic regulations, the chauffeur has the right to designate the nearest possible stopping place.
3. The chauffeur's decision regarding the safety of stopping and of the ride is binding.
4. The chauffeur does not drive into narrow streets or onto unpaved roads.

§4. Rental time and billing

1. The rental is billed in full hours in accordance with the current price list.
2. Minor delays resulting from traffic conditions are acceptable.
3. Deliberately prolonging the ride or exceeding the agreed time results in a charge for another full hour.
4. Extending the rental time is possible only if the vehicle is available and subject to the Service Provider's approval.
5. Shortening the rental on the day of the service does not entitle the Client to a refund of the unused part of the fee.

§5. Payments and invoices

1. The booking fee is credited towards the price of the service.
2. At the Client's request, a VAT invoice is issued at the applicable rates.

§6. Rules of using the vehicle

1. Smoking tobacco and using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
2. The Client is responsible for their own conduct and for the conduct of their guests during the ride.
3. The Client bears financial liability for damage to the vehicle caused through the fault of the passengers.

§7. Ride safety

1. The chauffeur is responsible for the safety of the transport and is the person supervising the course of the ride.
2. In the event of behaviour endangering safety, the chauffeur has the right to:
   • issue a warning,
   • refuse further transport to the person violating the rules,
   • in extreme situations, terminate the provision of the service.
3. In such cases the fee for the service is non-refundable.

§8. Vehicle replacement

1. In circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control that prevent the service from being performed with the ordered vehicle, the Service Provider may provide a vehicle of the same or higher class.
2. A vehicle replacement due to unforeseeable circumstances does not constitute grounds for a complaint or for a claim for reimbursement of costs.

§9. Personal data protection

1. The controller of the personal data provided during booking is the company Bestlimo.
2. The data is processed solely for the purpose of performing the service and to the extent required by law.
3. Only authorised persons have access to the data.
4. The data is stored for the period necessary to perform the service and to fulfil legal obligations.
5. The Client has the right to access their data, to rectify it and to request its erasure to the extent permitted by law.
6. Withdrawal of consent to data processing does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.

§10. Photo sessions

1. Depending on the chosen package, the ride may include a photo session in one of two variants: a mini session or a professional DSLR session.
2. Mini session (Standard packages):
   • a short photo stop during the ride,
   • the photos are taken by the chauffeur using the participants' phones,
   • this variant does not include editing, retouching, filters or additional lighting — the files are handed over in the form in which they were taken,
   • the number of shots is not guaranteed; around 10 are usually taken,
   • the mini session is a free element of the package — opting out of it does not change the rental price.
3. Professional DSLR session (VIP and EXCLUSIVE packages):
   • a short photo stop during the ride,
   • the photos are taken with a DSLR camera and a flash,
   • it includes basic editing (framing, sharpness, colours, exposure, removal of minor imperfections), without advanced retouching or graphic compositing,
   • it includes around 10 photographs.
4. A private photographer is available for an extra charge: PLN 200 — photos by the limousine with a red carpet at a single location; PLN 499 — a photographer at your disposal for the entire hour of the rental.
5. The photo session takes place within the paid limousine rental time and does not extend it.
6. Delivery times for the finished photos: mini session — up to 2 weeks; DSLR session or photographer — up to 4 weeks; express option — 3–4 business days.
7. The finished photos are delivered electronically.
8. Photos taken at night may differ in quality from daytime photos.
9. The place and moment of the stop are indicated by the chauffeur or the photographer; if the location is chosen by the Client, the Service Provider is not responsible for the final result of the session.

§11. Final provisions

1. These Terms form an integral part of the contract concluded with the Client.
2. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of all provisions of these Terms.
3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply.
