Limousine Rental with Driver – Terms and Conditions

§1. General provisions

1. These terms define the rules for providing limousine rental services with driver by BestLimo, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".
2. The service consists of providing a vehicle with a driver at the client's disposal for an agreed time and route.
3. Making a reservation means that the client has read and accepted these terms.

§2. Service reservation

1. Reservations can be made:
   • in person at the company office,
   • via the online reservation form,
   • by email or phone contact.
2. The contract is concluded after:
   • making a reservation,
   • payment of the reservation fee,
   • confirmation of the order by the Service Provider.
3. After confirmation and payment of the reservation fee, a rental contract with driver is concluded.

§3. Time and place of service

1. The start and end location of the service are agreed during reservation.
2. If the indicated location does not allow safe or legal parking, the driver may designate the nearest suitable location.
3. The driver's decisions concerning safety and route execution are binding.

§4. Rental time and settlement

1. Rental is billed in full hours according to the current price list.
2. Minor delays caused by traffic conditions are acceptable.
3. Intentional extension or exceeding the agreed time results in charging for the next full hour.
4. Rental extension is possible only if the vehicle is available and approved by the Service Provider.
5. Shortening the rental on the service day does not entitle the client to a refund.

§5. Payments and invoices

1. The reservation fee is credited toward the service cost.
2. A VAT invoice is issued at the client's request.

§6. Vehicle use rules

1. Smoking and use of e-cigarettes inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
2. The client is responsible for their own and their guests' behavior.
3. The client bears financial responsibility for damage caused by passengers.

§7. Safety during transport

1. The driver is responsible for transport safety and supervision.
2. In case of dangerous behavior, the driver has the right to:
   • issue a warning,
   • refuse further transport,
   • terminate the service in extreme cases.
3. In such cases, the service fee is non-refundable.

§8. Vehicle replacement

1. In circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control preventing execution with the ordered vehicle, another vehicle of equal or higher class may be provided.
2. Replacement due to unforeseen circumstances is not grounds for complaint or refund.

§9. Personal data protection

1. BestLimo is the administrator of personal data provided during reservation.
2. Data are processed only for service execution and legal requirements.
3. Access to data is limited to authorized persons.
4. Data are stored only for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations and services.
5. Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data as permitted by law.
6. Withdrawal of consent does not affect legality of earlier processing.

§10. Final provisions

1. These terms form an integral part of the contract.
2. Making a reservation means acceptance of all provisions.
3. Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein.
